          All credit card equipment purchased through Southern Merchant are covered under a one year warranty.


         If a wrong shipping address is provided and the order has already been shipped, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost or any other problems that were originated by the buyer.


         There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns. The returned item must be in original conditions and packaging. To receive a refund on a sale, the buyer must contact Southern Merchant within 7 days of receipt. There will be no refunds after the 7 day period. For products that are defective within 30 days of receipt, the buyer must contact Southern Merchant for returns or replacements. For products defective after 30 days of receipt, the buyer must agree to pay a one-way shipping fee for replacement. For power pack returns, the buyer must return the product with no physical or electrical damage.
